Vayu O’Donnell – is an innovator; a passionate, award-winning actor, compassionate and insightful writer, and effective producer. His mission as an artist is to create connection through catharsis and shared experience. As a graduate of Yale University and NYU Grad Acting, he has always pursued excellence. A Broadway veteran, with critically-acclaimed lead roles in independent film and numerous supporting roles in television, Vayu has used his acting background as a bridge to create community and dedicated himself to the advancement of underserved communities through volunteer work with programs such as The New York Public Theater, SAY (The Stuttering Association for the Young), and the 52nd St. Project. His writing has received numerous accolades and is currently being developed in both animated and live action. As a producer, O’Donnell joined Moonchild Creative as a partner before helping to form BluRemedi. He has been closely aligned with Paul Hanson’s Capacitor Media where he has multiple projects in development, and is a producer for Bill Maher’s “Club Random” podcast. Vayu has a finance background as a former Nasdaq equities trader and was the recipient of Yale’s prestigious Normal Holm’s Pearson Prize. He serves as the head of development for BlüRemedi Media and is committed to showcasing the human experience as it pertains to people of color.
